Ross straddles Sir Frances Drake Blvd. It’s west side hosts the Ross Commons Park highlighting chic shops, a corner market and good restaurants. The outstanding Ross Elementary School is in the center of the Commons. On its east side, walk through the Marin Art and Garden Center, a bucolic collection of non-profit shops, a library, and a small theater. Elm tree lined roads lead up to hillside streets providing a grand entrance to elegant homes hidden from view. The old-growth trees and landscaping are a perfect backdrop to raise a family, retire or simply gain peace in the moment. Past the homes is Phoenix Lake where mountain biking, hiking and fishing await.
